These terms apply to the RepCurve marketing website and early-access waitlist at repcurve.com. By joining the waitlist you agree to them. Separate terms will apply to the RepCurve app when it launches.
The waitlist
Joining the waitlist registers your interest in early access. It does not create a subscription, guarantee a place, or guarantee any particular launch date, pricing, or feature. Early access opens in waves, and list members are invited first.
Private beta — no warranty
RepCurve is in active development. This site and any preview of the product are provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. Nothing here is medical, training, or dosing advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your use of this site.
Acceptable use
- Don’t submit anyone else’s email without their permission.
- Don’t attempt to disrupt, overload, or reverse-engineer the site.
- Don’t use the site for anything unlawful.
Intellectual property
The RepCurve name, logo, copy, and design are ours. You may share links to the site, but please don’t copy or reuse its content without permission.
Changes
We may update these terms as RepCurve develops. Material changes will be reflected by the “last updated” date above.
